WHO WE ARE: Our group, YAWTBI, serves individuals with brain injuries who are between 18-35 yrs old and their friends and families. We are a strong, well- attended group with 12-16 members attending each meeting. Our 11⁄2 hour meet- ings are structured and topic driven.

We meet on the second Wednesday of each month from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the

University of Washington Medical Center.

WHO WE NEED: A good facilitator will be someone who is organized, empa- thetic and has the ability to gently take control when necessary. As a facilitator you will grow your connections with the brain injury community, gain knowledge, develop your organizational skills, and have lots of support.

This job requires you to plan meetings, facilitate discussions, engage participants and have a long term vision for the group.
